"Everything was smooth until the delivery"
Everything was smooth until the delivery. The item was marked as sent to Royal Mail on Thursday, but it only showed up with them on Monday. On Tuesday, RM updated the status to say it would arrive on Wednesday between 11:17 and 13:17. I used the tracking feature to choose Friday for delivery since I’d be out. RM left the package outside on Wednesday, which was a bit concerning. Luckily, it was still there when I got back around 11 PM on Thursday.

There were not enough customs documents for sending items to Germany, so DHL needed to ask for the invoice and details about the product. Given their steep shipping costs, you'd think they'd get the paperwork right.
